I've spent over 24 years leading brand and marketing for some of the world's most iconic beauty and wellness companies - serving as CMO, building teams, advising CEOs, scaling businesses. I was exceptional at creating magnetic brands for others, but I kept parts of myself compartmentalized.The brand strategist. The daily meditator. The high-heel wearing beauty lover. I dove back into my 20-year meditation practice, got certified in life coaching, Reiki, and fitness instruction, studied Human Design, and left corporate to build a life where all of me could show up. And even if there is no major move you need to make, you will emerge as a fuller, more alive, more authentic version. Living your truth.

What if I can't make a live session?

All sessions are recorded and shared privately. You'll also have the community space to ask questions and get support between calls.

What if that time doesn’t work for me? Are there other sessions?
